This special edition represents the roots of the Malagolis.

Acetaia Malagoli Daniele still use the oldest barrels owned by its dears since the XIX century to age its best Black Gold. 

In the XIX Century Sofia's family already made its own balsamico. Daniele’s grandfather, Ernesto, who was born in 1886, was a timber trader and thanks to his job, he was able to perfectly take care to the family barrels. 

Into this special edition, Acetaia Malagoli Daniele offers its oldest vinegar, the one aged in the same barrels owned by the family since the XIX century. Only 50 bottles of 100 ml are possible to be made each year. On the label the progressive numeration to identify the the limited production.
